In Airman Leadership school, there are numerous situations where there are team activities. One that I remember being a part of was a paper tower exercise where you have minimal supplies and a short amount of time to build the tallest free-standing paper tower amongst five other groups, and this is pretty close to the beginning of the course, so no one knows each other, and that is the first obstacle you have to overcome in the group.
